Well, it is a simple thing to do, it doesn’t cost a lot of money and it can be a very pleasing thing to do. Eating fish and chips on a nice day at the seaside, with the smell of the sea air, can be very pleasant and a nice experience to share with friends, family and loved ones. Many may even like to sit on their own with fish and chips and look over towards the sea and get lost in a world of past memories.

Fish and chips is a very traditional British meal. You can buy this meal in many pubs and restaurants across the country, but this meal is mainly purchased in local fish and chip takeaway shops. You will also find that fish and chips are also popular at many British seaside’s, where people can enjoy a nice meal whilst sitting at the beach. Many fish and chip shops may over look the sea, so that customers can sit inside and can still look over towards the views of the sea. Some fish and chip shops you may not be able to sit in, but may have seats scattered outside for you to use, or if it is a nice enough day people will often just take their fish and chips over to the beach and will sit on the sand.

The seaside is a very enjoyable place for many people. It is somewhere they can relate to as a child, where they may have gone to the seaside to have their first paddle in the sea, where they built their first sandcastle and where they then went with their family and took their children to. On a nice day in Britain, many will travel to the seaside as it is one the best places to go to on a sunny and warm day. A British seaside has a mixture of pebbles, sand, fish and chip shops, ice cream shops, rock shops, arcades, funfairs and a rare few seaside’s in Britain also have a pier.
Seaside’s bring back many joyful memories and take a person back in time to those memories. No matter how many times you visit the seaside, it will always look slightly different, depending on what time of year it is, what the weather is like and what time of the day it is. Some may visit the seaside at a quieter time of the day, such as the end of the day, as it can be very peaceful to sit there listening to the waves splashing over the rocks and watching the sun set over the horizon.
